What do you recommend a beginner? |
All I can recommend for a beginner is to be steadfast, honest and self-critical and to compare your work with the "masters" and have the "eyes" to see as well as the heart to feel. |
I am self-taught, I started sketching when I was a young boy of 5 or 6 years old. My first large piece of work was a life size crucifixion carved in lime wood when I was just 14. |

All my artwork is for sale. Simply contact me if you are interested in anything you see. |
Do you exhibit your work? |
I do not exhibit, I never have and I most probably never will. I love what I do and therefore I don’t need a public pedestal other than this website. |
I love music and literature and I like to read diary notes about people’s lives because I like people. It is all a journey of learning and culture. I want, need! to understand everything around me. I love to work in all media. I have been an artist all my life, you don’t just decide to start one day, it is within your being. I don’t teach, but if asked, I may. |
