How did you start?
I am self-taught, I started sketching when I was a young boy of 5 or 6 years old.  My first large piece of work was a life size crucifixion carved in lime wood when I was just 14.

Do you exhibit your work?

I do not exhibit, I never have and I most probably never will. I love what I do and therefore I don’t need a public pedestal other than this website.

Is your art for sale?
All my artwork is for sale. Simply contact me if you are interested in anything you see.

What do you recommend a beginner?

All I can recommend for a beginner is to be steadfast, honest and self-critical and to compare your work with the "masters" and have the "eyes" to see as well as the heart to feel.

What do you like?
I love music and literature and I like to read diary notes about people’s lives because I like people. It is all a journey of learning and culture. I want, need! to understand everything around me. I love to work in all media. I have been an artist all my life, you don’t just decide to start one day, it is within your being. I don’t teach, but if asked, I may.
